Return & Cancellation

We really hope you are thrilled while you are waiting to receive your first Motovolt. However, if for some reason you have a change of plansand wish to cancel your order, we offer to refund the full amountif cancellation is initiated within24hours of placing the order.

*** The returns and refundpolicy is applicableonly for those customers who have placed their order online at www.motovolt.co. Customers who placed the order at our retail points or other ecommerce platforms will not be eligible for option 2 as mentioned in the following section.

Cancellation before shipment

If the cancellation request is received after 24 hours and within 96 hours of the placing the order online, then a cancellation fee of INR 5000 will be applicable on the refund amount. We don’t accept any cancellation beyond 96 hours. You may expect to receive the refund within 28 working days of your cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order prior to its shipment, you can write to our customer support team at hello@motovolt.co with a subject line “Order cancellation – << Order number >> ” and reason for the cancellation in the body of the e-mail. We will verify the cancellation order and refund the amountminus the cancellation fee within 28 days to the same account/card that was used while making the payment for bookings.

Damaged, defective item, or wrong product delivered

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in case of an event wherethe product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement. You are requested to intimate us within 24hours of receiving the product at hello@motovolt.cowhile providing the order details and photographs of the wrong/damaged/defective product.We will initiate the replacement process of either the whole or defective part(s) of the bike within 7working dayspost successful acknowledgment of the issue.
